Dive Deep with Yin Yoga - 30Hr Yin Yoga Immersion
NEW DATES COMING SOON!
The Three Birds Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive 30 hour program for yoga instructors looking to broaden their knowledge of Yin Yoga and share this practice with their students.
Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) vinyasa style. In this training you’ll learn the many benefits of this style of yoga where poses are done on the floor and held for 3 - 5 mins, getting into the fascia, joints and tendons in a safe and effective way. Generally, yin yoga targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, areas where many people struggle with tension, tightness and injuries.

I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW MORE!
Sarah Bodnar (her/hers) ERYT 500
Lead Instructor & Co-Owner of Three Birds Yoga Studio

Sarah' s love of yin yoga started over 10 years ago when she took her first yin class and found out what she was missing in her life. Stillness, quiet and a deep release of tension. As a person who struggles with anxiety yin yoga taught Sarah how to quiet her mind, how to stay in the present moment and that it is ok to be uncomfortable.

Sarah has over 150 hrs of yin training and has studied with Bernie Clark and Jody Domerstad. When she is not at the studio she is enjoying working on the house or gardening with her husband, spending time with her daughter and hugging and kissing her dog, Harpo.
