Your safety is our priority.

Here is a list of  steps we have taken with your safety in mind:

1. We have multiple hepa air purifiers in each studio

2. The studio will be disinfected daily based on CDC guidelines

3. Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the studio

 

Here are somethings we ask of you:​​

1. Please do not come to class if you are not feeling well, keep the safety of others in mind. Stay home and do an on-demand class instead!

2. If you have your own mat and props please use them. If you borrow a mat or blocks please spray and wipe them down after class with the prop spray in the studio.
