Sarah Bodnar and Christina Helms, co-owners of Three Birds Yoga Studio, are not only friends but also your dedicated hosts for the upcoming Tulum retreat. With over 30 years of combined teaching experience, they bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to their yoga practice. Both Sarah and Christina are known for their thoughtful, creative, and inspiring Vinyasa classes, each bringing a unique touch to their teaching.

Christina is not only a Vinyasa teacher but also a meditation instructor and licensed therapist. She’s an avid reader, always ready to share a good book recommendation. Sarah complements the dynamic duo by teaching Yin yoga and managing the studio's operations. This summer, she embraced a new hobby—gardening!
They have run a host of yoga retreats over the years, and their favorite part is watching the connections people make, friendships grow, and getting to know the Three Birds flock even better. Together, Sarah and Christina are easygoing, a little silly, and share a love for travel, great food, and dogs (ask them to show you pictures!).
